Hygiene and safety first. For reasons of hygiene, a hot-water circulation system must be installed in large DHW systems when the water is being heated centrally.

For reasons of efficiency, too, it makes sense to supply the circulation system with energy outside of the thermal store when there are high circulation heat losses.

With a Weishaupt circulation station, hot water constantly circulates in the system and is therefore always available at the required temperature. Furthermore, temperature controls ensure that both germ formation in the piping and unnecessary energy losses are avoided.
