Marseille has been carrying out an extensive civic works programme with an emphasis on environmental protection. The Town Hall, where the heating system was recently modernised, is the best example of these improvements. The boiler room of the exemplary baroque building dating from 1674 is now equipped with two Weishaupt G5 Low NOx gas burners. Clean combustion technology has yet another fine address.
